Terms and conditions: Cleaning Services

These conditions are printed on every invoice and quotation for cleaning. Any other communication by phone, email or any other means is subject to these conditions when requesting cleaning to be done.

  1. Unless prior arrangements have been made for he terms, the invoice must be paid C.O.D
  2. The company assumes the responsibility of carrying out the work to the best of its ability and with the utmost care.
  3. The company is not responsible for shrinkage of carpets or fabrics.
  4. The company assumes no responsibility for breakage or damage caused by our employees when asked by the owner to handle personal effects.
  5. The company is not responsible for damage or defects existing prior to the commencement of work, nor for any hidden defects or conditions which may appear during or resulting from ordinary and normal processing.
  6. Acceptance of the invoice constitutes an agreement by the customer to be fully bound by all its conditions.
  7. The client hereby waives any and all claims against the company of whatsoever nature which may rise in the performance and fulfillment of this contract, and further indemnifies the company for any and all claims by third parties of whatsoever nature and howsoever caused. The client undertakes to ensure that any and all valuables are not left unattended or unsecured and acknowledges that any and all claims relating thereto have been waived herein.
  8. The client further acknowledges that due to the nature of the services provided and that shrinkage, fading, and the like may occur whilst any and all carpeting and fabrics are being cleaned.
  9. Any complaints to be notified within 3 days.

Terms and conditions: Laundry Services

These conditions are printed on every invoice and quotation for cleaning. Any other communication by phone, email or any other means is subject to these conditions when requesting cleaning to be done.

  1. Every acre is taken with all goods, but goods are accepted at customer`s risk only.
  2. We are not responsible for loss through fire, theft, burglary, hijacking in transit, non-removal of tuff stains, stretching, fraying of materials, shrinking, colour loss or fading, broken buckles, zips, brads or buttons.
  3. Articles are accepted as secondhand and in case of viability, compensation shall not exceed 5 times the cleaning cost.
  4. Goods are unclaimed after two months can be sold to defray expenses.
  5. No complaints considered after three days of delivery.
